Position Overview:


The role of the account executive entails being the initial point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their audiovisual requirements for events, drafting proposals, and negotiating contract terms for LED video display services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to understand their event specifics such as size, location, production needs, budget, and overall requirements.
  • Explore and cultivate new client opportunities through research, networking, and targeted marketing.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals tailored to individual event inquiries.
  • Collect essential event details for confirmed rentals, ensuring appropriate gear and onsite technical support.
  • Undertake site surveys and attend events as required.

Requirements:


  • Selfmotivated individuals with strong multitasking abilities and adept at maintaining organized documentation systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Willingness to travel during evenings or weekends (expenses covered by the company).
  • Demonstrated understanding of live events, broadcast, audiovisual technology, and event management.
  • Ideally possess a minimum of 2 years of live event experience.
  • Preferably located in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, or NYC metropolitan areas.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a salaried position with a base range of $50,000 to $80,000 plus commission on sales. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including experience. Employees are eligible for company-paid healthcare plans and receive two weeks of paid vacation after the probationary period.
