- Manage relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders like Senior Management.
- Assist in allocating trades across all products in relevant order management systems.

- Properly handle all settlement issues.

Who You'll Work With:
AB's Trade Support Department is the primary operational support for all AB Trading Desks. The team handles trades allocation in order management systems, ensures accurate downstream transmission, manages trade confirmation, and oversees settlements for various types of trades including fixed income, equity, derivatives, collateral, and forex.
What You'll Do:
We are in search of a Trade Support Analyst based in Nashville to join our Trade Support Department within Global Technology & Operations (GTO).
The Trade Support Analyst & Project Specialist plays a vital role in our organization, providing daily maintenance for trades executed by AB's trading desk. The main focus of the Trade Support Team is to confirm trades for proper settlement and maintain communication with counterparties. The team is also responsible for managing and implementing various projects throughout the year to adapt to market regulations, reflect AB and GTO's objectives.
Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:
The Trade Support team caters to all AB Trading Desks and order management systems. Daily tasks involve using LVTS, Minerva, Microsoft Office, internal applications such as Apex, Portfolio Management System, ACE, GO, alongside various vendor systems like Bloomberg, CTM, and ALERT. The role includes managing trades for a range of products including fixed income, equity, and forex trades with potential expansion based on investment strategies modifications.
