Strautmann is a leading, medium-sized manufacturer of machinery and equipment for recycling and waste management. Our goal is to further expand our market position. We are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for our professional and high-performing team in international technical after-sales.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently advising and supporting our foreign customers and partners on technical issues from our company headquarters.
  • Planning and conducting service trainings for our partners.
  • In exceptional cases, providing onsite support for installations and repairs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A completed technical education, ideally with knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics.
  • Previous experience as a service or customer service technician is desirable.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A willingness to travel internationally.
