For an expanding real estate company with a growing commercial real estate portfolio based in Fellbach near Stuttgart, we are looking for an accountant / tax specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You will work in a small team and independently handle the various financial accounting of the real estate companies
  • You are responsible for preparing the commercial and tax-related annual financial statements until they are handed over to the tax consultant.
  • You support, among other things, in the preparation of reporting and in projects with balance sheet implications.

Our requirements for you:

  • A commercial apprenticeship with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) and/or a completed degree with a focus on taxes/finance
  • Experience in working with Agenda / Datev or other ERP systems (iX-Haus) is desirable, but not a requirement
  • Overall entrepreneurial thinking combined with pragmatism and solution orientation
  • A goal- and results-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
