Oak View Group, a global leader in venue development and premium hospitality services, is offering a summer internship in Food & Beverage operations for Minor League Baseball.

Join us from June to August and immerse yourself in a dynamic learning environment where you will work closely with our hospitality group supporting Diamond baseball holdings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising a profitable food and beverage department under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Support day-to-day operations including concessions, premium services, picnics, and catering.
• Learn and operate the POS system, manage inventory, and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Utilize prior experience in employee scheduling, inventory management, and knowledge of food safety and liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a passion for the industry.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, catering, or concessions highly recommended.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point of sales systems and SERV Safe Certification preferred.
