Job Summary:

• Outstanding opportunity for a _
  Product Specialist_ _to assist our Maine & Massachusetts teams by supporting the delivery of cuttingedge cold therapy solutions to orthopedic patients._
• The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering durable medical equipment and providing comprehensive product training to patients in their homes. This role involves being on the road fulltime, driving to our patient's homes in your assigned territory, and providing handson training to patients. Vanguard Medical prides itself on highquality customer service and patient care. A company vehicle and gas card are provided. This role reports to the General Operations Manager._

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates the delivery of all Durable Medical Equipment.
• Provide patients with comprehensive training and education on prescribed Durable Medical Equipment.
• Retrieves critical documentation verification required for State and Federal healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoots all patients' product inquiries.
• Remains proficient in software systems required to manage the daytoday schedules.
• Works in conjunction with patient dispatch and materials department.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with strong attention to detail
• Clean driving record (MVR Check Required)
• Healthcare experience in direct patient care, PT/OT or personal training preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Able to carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to drive up to 5 hours per day

Driving Areas:
Portland, ME - South Seacoast, NH - Northern, MA.

*Must have ability to work out of their home, cool/dry space to hold equipment, and space on site for company vehicle*Pay: From $22.00 per hour
