  • Actively inspire people (clients and candidates) about our services
  • on the phone and in person (sales and recruitment area is southern Berlin)
  • Skilfully negotiate and conduct challenging conversations
  • Design and discuss contract documents with clients and employees
  • Empathetically support and advise clients and employees
  • Schedule assignments and respond to various situations and requirements

  • Completed training as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d) and/or industry experience in personnel services
