What to expect from us:

  • Do you believe that a functioning IT is not a given? Then let's use your creative input to take our office IT to the next level. In the heart of Munich, you can expect a modern working environment with a collegial team spirit, as well as demanding tasks and challenging projects.
  • You take on responsible tasks such as the installation and configuration of our client systems ("Microsoft Windows" and "Apple macOS") as well as troubleshooting software and hardware in case of support.
  • Together with your team, you also organize and coordinate the provision of client hardware for our employees.
  • Your tasks also include account management of various cloud services (including Jumpcloud / Google Workspace / Slack / Teamviewer).
  • With your expertise, you support both your colleagues in the team and our employees directly with support requests through our internal IT service desk.
