We are a family-owned medium-sized company based in Gräfelfing near Munich. We offer our services to the housing industry in the areas of heating cost, water cost, and operating cost billing. Our product range includes high-quality solutions for consumption recording and billing of energy, water, and ancillary costs.

To strengthen our accounting department, we are currently looking for a

Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

for a permanent position in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing accounts payable and receivable accounting
  • Reconciliation of accounts and clarification/monitoring of open items in payment transactions
  • Booking and posting of ongoing business transactions
  • Processing of payment transactions including direct debits, reminder procedures
  • Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation and execution of document audits
  • Payroll accounting in DATEV
  • Administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or accounting training
  • First professional experience in financial accounting
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Strong team spirit and high service and customer orientation
  • Independent and accurate working
