    Default job background
    Description
    Job Summary

The Associate Creative Director position at SHI is an opportunity for a talented and visionary design and copy leader who can craft and execute engaging and effective campaign themes and assets for SHI's in-house B2B marketing team (comprising web, copy, graphic design and video).

In addition to working on campaigns for the SHI brand, you will be responsible for campaigns that support some of the world's most exciting and dynamic B2B technology brands.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct line management obligations but with many opportunities to work closely with both talented creatives and senior marketing leadership.

You will work closely with the Creative Services Director, Vice President of Marketing, and other senior stakeholders to understand the business goals (typically brand awareness, mental availability and demand generation), target audiences, and value propositions of SHI's products and services, and then translate them into compelling and consistent visual stories across all channels and media.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all design work aligns with SHI's brand identity and design language, as well as the latest industry trends and best practices.

You will also be expected to proactively identify new design opportunities and ideas to help SHI stand out from the competition and showcase its innovation and thought leadership.

This role will suit a candidate with prior experience spearheading creative concepts in an agency or in-house setting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful omnichannel B2B marketing campaigns and innovative direction.

This role will be hybrid office-based (enjoying two days' working from home per week) or remote, depending on the successful applicant's location.

Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities.

Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family.

Ensure that all concept work aligns with SHI's brand identity and design language, and in some cases, aligns with SHI partner branding specifications, as well as the latest industry trends and best practices.

Proactively identify new design opportunities and ideas that can help SHI stand out from the competition and showcase its innovation and unique brand personality.
