Key Duties:


  • Responsible for volumetric ticket data, including analysis for accuracy; researching and resolving discrepancies and ensuring completeness and accuracy of processing.
  • Preparation of 3rd party hauler ticket data for uploading and processing on system (Allegro)
  • Maintenance of permits and transporter authorizations with various states (LA, MS, TX, FL, AL, AR, etc.)
  • Processing, creation and distribution of preliminary and final crude statements.
  • Processing, creation and distribution of monthly royalty disbursements through different payment methods, including maintenance of lease database; ensuring system process and reports are generated and reviewed.
  • Interfacing with customers and field personnel to gather information, resolve issues, and complete processes.
  • Assist in other areas of crude oil accounting department as requested by supervisor.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:


  • High school diploma.
  • 5 years of experience working in a corporate office environment.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite; strong overall computer skills.
  • Ability to process work accurately with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet commitments/deadlines.
  • Ability to interface effectively with customers and field personnel to resolve issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate and follow instructions effectively.
