Spring 2024 Join our team now to start training, so we can hit the ground running

Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with customers, answer questions, demonstrate vehicle features, and create a positive customer experience.
Complete training regarding the product line. (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram)
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
Create the best vehiclebuying experience to make lifelong customers
Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
Support online customers through our BDC office
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Job Requirements:

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Professional Appearance
Automotive sales experience is not necessary
