CMI Group is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our facility in North Phoenix

Location:

North Phoenix (101 & Cave Creek Rd E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix 85050


Shift:
Full time, day shift


_ Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus, up to $300 per quarter_

Responsibilities:


Facilities maintenance

  • Air compressors
  • A/C's typical routines
  • Installations or factory needs
  • Electrical fixes, and lighting replacements
  • Plumbing on restrooms
  • Roof leaks
  • Other facility maintenance

Machine maintenance

  • Machine Oil changes
  • Filter changes
  • PM routines Weekly, monthly, yearly
  • Basic trouble shooting

Basic Qualifications:


  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Knowledge of hand tools and industrial tools
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing preferred
  • Strong work ethic and self motivated
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects, up to 35 lbs. More with assistance.
  • Ability to stand or walk the majority of the shift. Bend, kneel, stoop, squat as needed for tasks.
