Description

CMI Group is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our facility in North Phoenix

Location:

North Phoenix (101 & Cave Creek Rd E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix 85050

Shift:
Full time, day shift

_ Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus, up to $300 per quarter_

Responsibilities:

Facilities maintenance

Air compressors
A/C's typical routines
Installations or factory needs
Electrical fixes, and lighting replacements
Plumbing on restrooms
Roof leaks
Other facility maintenance

Machine maintenance

Machine Oil changes
Filter changes
PM routines Weekly, monthly, yearly
Basic trouble shooting

Basic Qualifications:

Basic mechanical skills
Knowledge of hand tools and industrial tools
Experience with electrical, mechanical and plumbing preferred
Strong work ethic and self motivated
Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects, up to 35 lbs. More with assistance.
Ability to stand or walk the majority of the shift. Bend, kneel, stoop, squat as needed for tasks.
