Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.


Duties:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
• Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
• Ensure that outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and visually appealing

Experience:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in landscaping is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
