    We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer

    to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.


    About the role:


    As a Cybersecurity Engineer , you are an integral member of our security and engineering teams, focusing on building foundational software and security skills while contributing to various components of our infrastructure.

    While you are in the early stages of your professional journey, you will work closely with senior members to understand the ins and outs, ensuring that your growth trajectory is on the right path.

    What we are looking for:

    3+ years of hands-on experience developing production software leveraging modern languages (including: Java, Python, Go, NodeJS, etc.)

    3+ years of experience with agile and lean software development practices

    2+ years of experience with using Cloud Infrastructure Providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

    2+ years of demonstrated experience with modern version control systems such as Git, Subversion, Mercurial, etc.

    1+ years of experience developing containerized services deployed in production on orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm, etc.

    1+ years of experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch etc.

    Bachelor Degree in computer science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or equivalent industry experience

    Obtain Security+ within the first 90 days of employment with Raft


    Highly preferred:
    Familiarity with the NIST RMF or other security/risk frameworks

    Passionate about building automation in languages like Python, GoLang, or Typescript

    Experience with Azure or Google Cloud offerings


    Industry Certifications such as:
    CKS or CKA

    AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional

    AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional


    CCSP
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or similar field.


    Clearance Requirements:
    Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance


    Work Type:
    Remote

    May require up to 10% travel


    Salary Range :
    $90,000 - $170,000

    The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
