We are looking for

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, those at risk of disability, and people of all ages with mental illnesses.

For our residential area with currently around 75 living spaces, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Reference number

As a dedicated and motivated individual, you will provide assistance, support, and guidance to the residents of our living facilities in Neumarkt on their journey towards a self-determined life.

You want to...

accompany and support people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illnesses in their living environment,
take responsibility for handling medication in the residential facility,
accompany residents to doctor's appointments and provide support with basic care.

and have...

a completed education as a special needs educator, educator, health and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, or a similar qualification in the pedagogical or nursing field,
professional experience in working with people with mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities,
empathy for the needs/interests of people in the living environment,
