DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Insurance Support
- Assist Advisor by managing and overseeing the flow of business throughout the sales cycle
- Manage the medical examination process and expedite outstanding underwriting requirements
- Monitor daily reports
- Prepare/print letters of instruction for client signature; prepare policies for delivery
- Maintain client and policy data in CRM; documenting case notes, and proactively follow upon pipeline of pending new business
Client Service and Administrative Duties
- Contact clients and process service requests
- Perform clerical/administrative
- Calendar management, confirming and scheduling client meetings
- Special projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Highly developed degree of personal organization and ability to multitask
- California Life and Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to acquire while on the job
