Your task:

You advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing (cashiering) with passion, customer orientation, and competence
You perform administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, and invoicing
You market our products on various online platforms
You communicate with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all processes related to repairs
You actively support customer events
You maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
You adhere to national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors and implement them

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a serviceoriented vocational training (ideally in the hotel and trade or event industry)
You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
You have a strong customer and service orientation
You are communicative, strong in implementation, and
