Position Overview

Join us at Community Corp. for an exciting opportunity as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager. Reporting to the Associate Director of Housing Development, this role involves overseeing project development from site acquisition to construction completion and permanent financing conversion. Candidates will be assessed for either position based on their qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $94,000 to $142,000, depending on experience and position. Additional benefits include:

Essential Position Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Associate Director or Director of Housing Development to identify new properties for acquisition and conduct feasibility analyses as necessary.
Secure acquisition/predevelopment financing and acquire land/buildings where needed.
Lead community outreach/engagement efforts including neighborhood councils and community meetings.
Obtain development entitlements and approvals, handling applications and negotiations with public agencies and community groups.
Provide oversight of architects, engineers, and consultants in plan and document preparation.
Manage construction bidding and contract materials preparation.
Offer insights and recommendations on contractor, construction manager, and team member selection.
Coordinate tenant relocations effectively.
