We are looking for hard-working and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Door Attendant in a condominium located in Woodside, NY.

As a Door Attendant, you will be responsible for providing security services to guests, property, employees and visitors.

And additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform a variety of duties requiring physical strength and emotional intelligence
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Detailoriented, able to multitask and have a friendly demeanor
• Excellent knowledge of security systems and procedures, safety procedures and best practices is required.
• Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests. Verifying and recording visitor information. Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
• Maintain logbooks on Carson for visitors and contractors.
• Receive and process incoming/outgoing shipments and/or mail/packages
• Ability to observe, monitor and control all external and internal areas of the property
• Ability to operate in high stress environment with multiple priorities
• Upkeep of the 1st floor common areas: amenities, building exteriors and parking lot
• Responsible for reporting any problems to porter/handyman or Management, which includes but not limited to tenants concerns about the building
• Janitorial duties as needed

Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license
