About our Job Opening

This position is responsible to ideate and implement strategic visions according to the company strategy to create and improve production, quality, and labor utilization throughout all plants across USA and Mexico. Responsibilities include and not limited to, regional implementation and maintenance of effective processes related to quality, Lean, productivity, environmental, safety and energy management system (that in addition comply with the requirements of ISO certification).

Essential Job Requirements:


  • Drive "Safety Above All Else" culture, resulting in zero accident plants
  • Ensure customeroriented order fulfillment process regarding costeffectiveness, quality and timeliness.

Develop and grow a team of leaders who can plan and execute operational improvements by developing ideas, analyzing solutions and assisting in the implementation of approved changes

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with continual communication and partnership

  • Coordinate transfer of knowledge and best practice with other regions and necessary departments
  • Prioritize investment projects, ensuring timely implementation, compliance, cost management, risk mitigation and ROI.
  • Drive compliance in all areas within scope related to process and personnel.
  • Responsible for budget planning, tracking, utilization and cost mitigation measures, resulting in zero to no variance.
  • Drives talent management with the team, including talent acquisition, development, performance management and succession planning, resulting in elite team performance and culture.
  • Proactively champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, by attending, sponsoring, and otherwise vocally supporting efforts, resulting in innovative solutions.
  • Create synergies, process optimization and knowledge transfer into the projects across plants in the region.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing strategy across all plants and work areas.

In addition, you have:

- leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

  • University degree in related field
  • Strong business acumen, demonstrated ability to articulate and interpret complex data
  • Knowledge of upstream and downstream processes, production scheduling and shop operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Lean/6S practices, with demonstrated history of successful implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
  • Strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and selfmotivated; ability to work independently

Work Environment:


  • Requires frequent travel between US and Mexico
  • Required to wear PPE, including but not limited to, safety helmet with chin strap, metatarsal boots, high visibility vest, safety gloves, hearing protection when required and safety glasses in designated areas.
  • Ability to communicate in English
