Your tasks

You will work on tasks on the technical platform of LAN networks in the data centers of HZD in the areas of middleware, operational, standard, universal, and communication software.
You will design and evaluate hardware and software-based IT solutions. In addition, you will install and integrate new operational, universal, and standard software.
You will support system developers as well as system users in system-related questions.
You are responsible for second-level support, clarify and resolve faulty system states. You define and create various system backup measures.
The focus of the activity is on technologies and products from the manufacturer Cisco and includes participation in concepts, planning and rollout, as well as administration according to the operational processes of incident, problem and change management.

Your profile

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree or you have equivalent relevant skills and experience.
You have very good knowledge of IT systems, applications and software with many years of practical experience in operating routers and switches, preferably in a larger network environment.
You have good knowledge and experience
