ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Wayne Shoemaker - State Farm Agent, your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service examples would be answering and transferring calls, following up on claims, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, billing clarifications, answering customer questions and followup on requests, supporting licensed team members, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance.
- Ability to be a part of a Team focused environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete preemployment assessments.
- Participate in an inperson interview.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Proactive in problemsolving.
- Maryland insurance licensing after employment.
