Description
Twin Lakes is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:

  • Assessing customer requirements through analysis and evaluation of IT-specific requirements
  • Developing technical and non-technical solutions by utilizing the BWI service portfolio
  • Managing the solution team and ensuring solution readiness in terms of finances, time, security, risk, scope, and quality
  • Responsible for creating proposal documents (service descriptions, cost planning, and calculations)
  • Coordinating and harmonizing multiple IT solutions within large-scale projects or programs
  • Ensuring the operability of IT solutions in collaboration with architecture and project management
  • Taking into account synergies and dependencies, avoiding duplications, and continuously improving internal processes and procedures
  • Requirements:
  • Completed degree (e.g. computer science, business administration, or engineering) or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 6 years (without a degree, at least 10 years) of relevant professional experience in the mentioned tasks
  • Experience in managing proposal and IT projects, as well as creating proposals and IT solutions, preferably in the public sector
  • Technical or project management experience in digitalization projects, and ideally a certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent)
  • Expertise in IT service management and ITIL certification
