Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician III, you will lead other technicians in the installation and repair of all conveyance and distribution equipment.
You will support the maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and coordinating projects. You will support training and mentoring of technicians, including contract technicians.Who you are:

What you will do:
- Lead the Maintenance team responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on conveyors and other partsmoving equipment at customer sites to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and troubleshoot building conveyor systems and take appropriate steps to solve them.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment.
- Create and implement effective solutions for electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment which includes belts, motors, photoeyes, relays, and more.
- Handle and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
- Identify and initiate opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in maintenance activities.
- Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
- Handle work orders with detailed supporting data.
- Develop training plans for technicians
- Provide mentorship to other technicians
- Help ensure Maintenance team is knowledgeable about safety procedures and always following appropriately
- Maintain positive working relationships with all teams
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent, vocational, or technical training in maintenance or a related preferred
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role is a requirement
Physical Requirements:
- You must be able to move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- You must be able to work any shift to be considered for the position, which may include nights and weekends

Work Location:
Job will be located in Ocala, Fl. Occasional travel may be required
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
