In order for our packaging to be produced quickly and with high quality, various machines are used.

As a machine and system operator, you will work with state-of-the-art technology and be responsible for operating and monitoring the production equipment.

What to expect
During your 2-year training, you will go through various stations in packaging production. You will get to know the two areas of "gluing" and "punching". You will learn how to process orders correctly and set up and operate the machines accordingly. You will monitor production and check the quality of the products.

As a technical professional, you will also regularly take care of the maintenance and upkeep of your equipment to prevent any potential machine or system malfunctions.

If an unexpected problem does occur, we will show you how to fix it as quickly as possible. Throughout your entire training, you will have a trainer by your side who will provide you with regular feedback.

And because you are not just an apprentice to us, but also a valued team member, you will be given responsibility from the very beginning.

What you bringWith a high school or secondary school diploma, you have very good chances with us. It is important that you enjoy working with technology and have some manual dexterity. A good spatial imagination is also an advantage. And because teamwork is very important to us, we place great value on reliability and teamwork skills.
