Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics for webinars and other educational programs.
- Support the creation and implementation of all marketing campaigns, including template design, list management, and performance analysis.
- Assist in the development, proofreading, filing and printing of all marketing collateral.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, including budget tracking, and vendor communications.
- Help with the development of excel spreadsheets to report healthcare professionals and consumer tracking, identifying trends, and customer preferences.
- Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases, including contact lists and project timelines.
- Facilitate internal communication within the marketing team by organizing meetings.
- Documented project management experience.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum ten (10) years senior administrative experience within a corporate setting
- Minimum three (3) years of business Admin support experience preferrable with a product or tangible salable item.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Proofread collateral and manage the approval routing process.
- Project Management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate crossfunctionally with a small, experienced team
- Remote may be acceptable pending experience
Pay:
$58, $64,000.00 per year
