Specialty Podiatry office in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach is seeking a Medical Front and/or Back Office Assistant to join our team.

Individual must have medical office experience.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, good work ethics, must be a great team player and able to multi-task in a fast pace office.

Must have professional appearance and demeanor, energetic, and friendly. Attendance and punctuality is a must.

Starting pay $22/hr, depending on experience


Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Checking in/out patients
Scheduling appointments/ confirming appointments
Verification of benefits

Back office procedures

Must know medical terminology. Individual should be knowledgeable with EMR, computer savvy and be familiar with insurance companies.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

• Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
