Responsibilities: Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ.
$1000 Sign On Bonus
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (Must be available for On-call rotation)
Required:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
1-3 Years of Experience Working in Commercial, Institutional and/or Industrial Sectors is preferred, not required
On-Call pay available
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of the inside, outside and exterior areas around buildings, including ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems.
Maintenance Technician Duties include:
- Cleaning, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) which includes all restrooms, showers, sinks to a hospital standard of cleanliness.
- Repairs minor electrical with outlets, lighting and emergency lighting for Inpatient and residential properties.
- Coordinates HVAC repairs and with Vendors.
- Organizes repairs of commercial kitchen equipment (freezer, stove, gas etc.) to ensure all appliances are in excellent working condition.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent
- One
- Three years experience in commercial, institutional and/or industrial sectors

Preferred
- Experience in a health care setting.
- Customer service experience is valued.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
- Must be reliable, selfmotivated, have the proper skills and experience.
- Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
- Must pass a TB Test.
