We are currently looking for a Lean Manager (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at our location in Berlin.
Your responsibilities:

You will oversee the implementation of new production concepts in our area organization
You will take on different roles depending on the size and type of project - from project manager to PMO to expert coach
You will monitor the progress of implementation using key performance indicators and ensure communication through appropriate forms
You will ensure the sustainability of implementation through audits and on-site visits
And last but not least, you will play a key role in implementing standards and best practices for operational excellence and further developing our production system

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in business engineering, service engineering, facility management, or a related field, ideally with a focus on production or maintenance
You have extensive experience in setting up, monitoring, and managing implementation and change projects
