Wanderlust Luxury Rentals is looking for part-time Reservationist/Guest Specialist to work Saturdays and Sundays. If you are personable, reliable, detail oriented, technologically savvy, and self-driven this job would be a fantastic fit We'd love for you to join our luxury vacation rental company

Responsibilities

The Reservationist is responsible for selling our wide variety of luxury vacation homes to prospective guests, providing information to those prospective guests, establishing reservations, capturing sales from incoming calls, coordinating reservation details, managing chat with in-house guests, communicating with housekeepers and property care specialists, and welcoming guests to selected properties.

Flexibility to work every Saturday and Sunday, as well as occasionally cover some weekdays.

• Job duties include, but are not limited to:_
• Answer phones and provide customer service
• Book vacation rentals based on availability and customer preferences
• Process payments and send confirmations
• Record customer information in our database
• Recommend local tours and activities
• Communicate with vendors, local real estate agents, property care specialists (handyman), and housekeeping

• High school or equivalent (required)
• College Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
