Hotline Coordinator at
SAFE:
Full time position to provide crisis response on domestic violence hotline in 24/7 shelter program
Major responsibilities include:
responding to hotline; safety planning; providing hotline training to shelter staff; data collection and entry; data reports; building relationships with community resources; and serving on team coordinating services for survivors.
Associate's degree in human services, Bachelor's degree preferred. Empathetic, supportive listening and excellent communication skills required. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced atmosphere required. Professional experience in domestic violence desired. Must have a flexible schedule with some evenings.Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- helping victims of domestic violence: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
