Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure the office complies with all safety and health regulations.
- Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Experience working in a mechanical or contractor office setting is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HR and payroll processes is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Knowledge of office safety and health regulations.
