Position Description:
Serco is excited to support the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO).

This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition lifecycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.


This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your DoD Secret clearance.
Our Program Manager, Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Program Manager position is located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, and provides program management support to the Maintenance Systems Program Management Office (PMO) with its full acquisition cradle-to-grave (modernization, production, and sustainment) responsibility for the F-35's logistics information systems:
the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS); Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN); and, Prognostics and Health Management (PHM). These information systems support the F-35's full mission cycle from planning, sortie generation and

recovery, maintenance management, and supply chain management.


This is a Hybrid/Telework position.


You will be part of a dynamic team of F-35 JPO Program Managers and Analysts who works closely with the customer and other key F-35 National Security and Allied stakeholders to deliver quality F-35 systems.


In this role, you will:

  • ALIS assist Maintenance Systems PMO in providing ALIS central point of entry and standard operating units for unclassified and classified F35 groundbased systems to include hardware, software, and related peripheral equipment for groundbased Air System management.
  • ODIN assist Maintenance Systems PMO in providing the authority for developing, demonstrating, product support planning, producing, and fielding the modernized F35 maintenance and logistics information system.
  • PHM assist Maintenance Systems PMO in providing onboard and offboard software to diagnose and life manage the F35 AV and engine.
  • LogIS/Data Enterprise
  • Assist Maintenance Systems PMO in improving data quality and integration by evaluating the delivery and execution of Sustainment Data Products (SDPs) to identify, prioritize, and fix defects;
  • Assist Maintenance Systems PMO in transforming data by facilitating the movement of source data to an integrated data environment;
  • Assist Maintenance Systems PMO in supporting acquisition by developing documents, supporting proposal evaluation and contracting negotiations to fully capture data quality requirements.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the stated discipline or an Associate's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.
  • The ability to provide onsite support at F35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA no less than 2days per week, each week. Exact days in office at the JPO must be coordinated with F35 customer and approved by your Serco manager. (Your onsite days in JPO office including ad hoc meetings may increase to support the needs of the customer.)
  • Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of four (4) years out of six (6) of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.
  • At least two (2) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
  • Leadership experience in US Servicerelated military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment, and life cycle management.
  • Knowledge in DoD Instruction (DoDI Operation of the Defense Acquisition System), DoD Directive (DODD International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook.
  • To assist with task support of acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, total ownership cost determination, acquisition coordination, and communications.
  • To demonstrate knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
  • To demonstrate knowledge of the system equipment lifecycle phases and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases.
  • The ability to travel 25%.
