    The

    Senior

    Marketing C

    ampaign Specialist

    is responsible for developing and implementing marketing

    campaigns

    and initiatives in conjunction with

    marketing l

    eadership.

    This role will

    lead

    executing

    marketing tactics to support and deliver

    the overall marketing strategy that will

    driv

    e

    buyer engagement

    and

    result in

    leads

    and profitable growth

    .

    team members to ensure each

    campaign/

    project receives the necessary support

    and assets

    to

    meet execution deadlines

    .

    ork closely with marketing managers and the creative team to execute

    concurrent c

    ampaign

    s coordinat

    ing

    day-to-day activities that lead to completion of projects and tasks

    as work is published through various digital and print channels

    .

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Manage

    and support execution

    of

    digital marketing campaigns

    that

    utilize

    email, blog, social, paid

    media

    and the Patterson dental website.

    Deliver campaign calendars to cross functional teams

    building strategy awareness

    to ensure asset collection

    , content

    development

    and

    channel

    asset

    delivery

    are completed

    on time

    to meet

    campaign

    execution deadlines

    .

    Manage

    and track progress of

    vendor

    marketing plans

    fro

    m

    relationship management

    through execution and reporting

    to ensure the final work output meets agreed upon plans

    and delivers expected results.

    Act as liaison between

    the

    creative team

    , channel partners

    and marketing to keep projects on track and ensure execution of work based on the marketing strategy

    and

    set

    priorit

    ies

    .

    Lead the annual catalog development in partnership with the publication team.

    Ensure content created is delivered to the

    appropriate channel

    to meet

    campaign timelines.

    Manage delivery of

    promotional offers from

    manufacturing

    partners for

    key financing programs

    .

    Collaborate with legal and

    regulatory

    to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials

    are in compliance

    .

    Work closely with category account managers to obtain

    campaign

    assets and product specs to meet weekly email and website

    plans and

    deadlines

    .

    Gather backend digital metrics and insights to share with

    the business

    and

    key

    partners

    .

    Assist

    in developing mo

    nthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance v

    ersus

    goals.

    Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use

    .

    Coordinate and lead weekly

    stand up

    meetings

    to provide

    work in process

    updates/reports

    .

    Lead the set-up of new campaigns in the project management software tool.

    Perform other duties as assigned.


    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing

    ,

    communications

    or related field preferred

    4-6

    years' professional marketing experience

    Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

    Strong ability to

    multi task

    and

    manage

    multiple projects

    deadlines

    Past experience

    working

    with and coordinating with cross functional teams

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

    High a

    ttention to detail and excellent follow-through

    Strong customer service orientation

    Excellent computer skills including MS Office

    suite

    A strong team

    player, willing to help

    the

    team whe

    n

    necessary

    Preferred Qualifications
    B2B marketing

    Project management experience a plus

    Experience with project management software

    Working knowledge/experience with web analytics and Google

    Adword
