    Position Summary

    Do you have a passion for B2B marketing campaigns and digital marketing programs? As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll drive the tactical deployment of our digital efforts and campaigns.

    Work with a smart, motivated team to deliver measurable results across a variety of programs.

    The ideal candidate will be an execution machine, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring flawless coordination and execution of digital campaigns and other marketing programs or initiatives. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successful digital marketing campaigns. And, if you have a love for technology, all the better.

    Responsibilities

    Own, lead, and collaborate with in-house team, external agencies, and key partners to deliver best-in-class results for all paid media programs.

    Define performance & optimization processes, SLAs, and best practices across media channels, primarily Google Ads and LinkedIn
    Strategize best practices for tracking, tagging, attribution, and measurement
    Continually optimize campaigns through A/B testing, ad formats and various targeting to continuously improve performance and ultimately conversion.
    Provide creative direction to continually enhance campaigns from historical insights gained.
    Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle journey, ensuring the alignment of messaging across all channels

    Work proactively with marketing leadership to explore and identify ways to leverage traditional, digital, and social media to help support department campaigns, initiatives, goals, and objectives.

    Build and maintain Marketing Campaign calendar.
    Assist Marketing leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    2+ years of similar marketing experience.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong organization and project management skills and ability to work to a timeline.
    Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required.
    Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
    Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.
    Ability to establish strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
    The desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
    B2B Software or Technology industry experience preferred.
    Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Project Management Tools is a plus.
