What a typical day looks like:

Lead a collaborative treatment approach in a clinical setting
Provide training, supervision, and guidance to new therapists
Implement, monitor, and assess data effectively
Demonstrate proficiency in various areas:
- Evaluate Treatment Effectiveness
- Empathize with patients, staff, and families
- Demonstrate Therapy Implementation
- Exhibit Professional Conduct
- Handle Crisis Intervention competently
- Conduct Training sessions for Parents and Staff

Qualifications

Master's degree in a Behavior-related field
BCBA Certification
Prior experience in a clinical treatment environment is preferred
