Overview:
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our treatment center located in Plano, TX. Join Behavioral Innovations Team and have a significant impact on children with autism. Empower young minds and shape futures.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- BCBA Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
Desired Traits:
- Experience with center-based, early intervention.
- Effective collaborator.
- Empathetic team-player.
Compensation & Incentives:
Base Compensation:
- $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
- Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
- 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

- Company-paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.
