- Conduct in-person interviews to ascertain task and sub-task manpower requirements.
- Provide services support to the Government on strategic manpower-related issues such as analyzing requirements and resourcing courses of action, the impact of manpower-related decisions across the organizational portfolio, and interaction across the organization.
- Develop options for government leadership on manpower-related topics such as balancing actions, manpower sustainment requirements, briefings and presentations, and internal guidance and policy development.
- Provide analysis on manpower and resource requirements to include issue development and entry and costing drills.
- Develop executive-level briefings that communicate the core results of the manpower data analysis in the form of a final report summarizing the results and decision-making process with detailed supporting documentation in a format appropriate for senior decision-makers.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Assists the Government with preparing reports, briefs, white papers, etc
- 10 years related experience.
- Experience conducting manpower studies, organizational staffing assessments, and identifying optimum manpower requirements.
- Experience producing reports and briefings regarding unit strength and manpower data.
- Experience conducting in-person interviews to ascertain task and sub-task manpower requirements.

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
- Must be a self-starter who can recognize needs and act with little to no guidance.
- Able to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
- Advanced MS Word skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
