Roles and Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity for Senior / Lead Software Engineers who not only excel in software development but also possess innovation and leadership skills.
In this position, you will play a critical role in driving technical innovation, leading cross-functional teams, and working with stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities for impact.
While responding to thesechallenges,youwillleverage and growyourhands-on skills with software design and development, engaging in the full software engineering lifecycle using modern technologies.
Youwillgain experience with one or more of the following:Full-Stack Development
Embedded Systems and Internet of Things
Practical Applications of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including domain experts, business development, and IR&D to identify and pursue new opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
Hands-on skills in at least one object-oriented, procedural, functional, or declarative programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C/C++/C#, Python, Linux, Bash).
Proficiency with DevSecOps principles and practices (desirable also includes exposure to Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure-as-Code, Automation for Security and Testing, etc.).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.High level desire to help their nation solve its most critical challenges.
Documented competency using software development tools and frameworks, including source control management tools (e.g., Git).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Familiarity with Cloud Services Providers (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).
Knowledge of software design patterns.
Knowledge of database technologies, including relational or NoSQL.
Knowledge of Generative Pretrained and Large Language Models and use in the Software Development Lifecycle.
