Description
Maintain software where applicable in an operational status. The contractor shall provide support to add additional functionality and/or work process to the software support system. All upgrades/modifications shall maintain compatibility with past/current systems.- Maintain select DEVCOM AC IT Enterprise systems per DoD and Army regulations to ensure Information Assurance (IA) compliance, high availability, and optimal performance.
- Develop new software projects and/or modules on a variety of on premises and cloudbased platforms to include, but not be limited to, Microsoft.
These projects, upgrades, and modules will be developed in the software required and objectives will be identified in specific tasks.
The contractor will advise and support the transition of existing development and sustainment projects using legacy development methodologies (eg:waterfall) to conform with DevSecOps.
- Provide development and configuration control of functional, technical, and testing documentation for all new and existing projects under their purview.
- Custom code shall be configuration controlled and developed within Department of Defense mandated cybersecurity parameters. Maintain and augment existing waterfallbased projects as needed and support their transition to DevSecOps compliance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Creation and submission of monthly Contractor?s Progress, Status and Management Report of contract activities.
