Your Responsibilities
As Sales Manager (m/w/d) for approval procedures of infrastructure projects in the energy sector, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of the sales team.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Leadership and motivation of the sales team
- Acquisition and support of key accounts
- Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in sales, marketing or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience in sales of services, ideally in the field of approval procedures
- Demonstrable success in leading sales teams
- Knowledge of public law in the field of infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
