- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare standards
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure highquality care for our residents
- Oversee the coordination of resident care plans and ensure they are properly executed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff
- Stay uptodate with current trends and advancements in nursing practice
- Minimum of 1 year of *Registered Nurse or Director of Nursing* experience
- RN State or compact license
- BLS from AHA
