    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and applying best practices in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
    • Contributing to the development of a streamlined process strategy and pinpointing enhancement opportunities throughout the organization
    • Analyzing industry and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements to create effective XL procedures and instructions
    • Assisting Quality teams and senior leadership in addressing quality issues and fostering continuous improvement
    • Leading projects from the High-Performance Team Board process
    • Managing the implementation of ISO-9001 quality management systems

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Utilizes experience in supporting manufacturing, product, or customer quality processes to drive process enhancements
    • Provides input on prevention, root cause corrective action, and quality control systems
    • Visualizes process flows and communicates effectively with stakeholders
    • Builds relationships across different levels of the organization and influences change
    • Executes projects using proactive project management techniques
    • Designs and delivers solutions that add value to the organization
    • Leads development efforts independently
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident
    • Required: Engineering degree
    • Engages with all organizational levels, sharing clear objectives and managing risks and opportunities

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in ISO-9000 and internal auditing
    • Experience in CORE, Lean, or Six-Sigma methodologies
    • Background in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
    • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
