Overview:

Duties:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, scanning and mailing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in project coordination, event planning and setting up of conference calls
  • File documents electronically and in physical files
  • Maintain office calendar and office notifications

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in a law office office is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of office management procedures

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
