Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, scanning and mailing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in project coordination, event planning and setting up of conference calls
- File documents electronically and in physical files
- Maintain office calendar and office notifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in a law office office is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of office management procedures
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
