Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maitre d' to join our team.
As a Maitre d', you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the dining room operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the dining area Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service principles
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
