Up to 22 hours per week during school sessions. Up to 40 hours per week during summer and breaks.

Job Summary:

Work directly with development teams, service level managers, architects or process analysts to formulate and execute user experience assessments and help build the capability to review all major IT services on an annual basis

Essential Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of materials used in service reviews of IT Services

• Lead the complete lifecycle of user experience analysis from scoping to final reports and recommendations.

• Document user behavior using a variety of methods, including interviews, focus groups, eye-tracking equipment

• Evaluate, explore, and develop experience-focused design needs and outcomes using tools such as story boards, personas, design thinking, experience maps

• Create reports of findings and recommendations

• Work closely with a product and process teams to identify and answer important questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Strong analysis and problem solving skills

• Authorized to use Center for Research in Usability Human Subjects Lab (CRUX) equipment
