    Job Summary:

    The Student Associate for Course CSE465, Comparative Programming Language, will be tasked with enhancing and improving course materials to ensure a comprehensive, efficient, and engaging learning environment.

    Essential Duties:

    The responsibilities include:
    1.Modifying existing lab exercises and activities that cover the four programming languages included in the course syllabus to ensure compatibility and integration with the Canvas Learning Management System.
    2.Assisting in the development of an automatic grading checker to provide immediate and accurate feedback to students, enhancing self-assessment and independent learning.
    3.Collaborating with faculty to update and redesign the existing Canvas quizzes, incorporating multiple choice questions to allow for student self-checks and encouraging continuous learning.
    4.Revamping existing course slides to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging, contributing to the overall quality of the course content.
    5.Providing support in the design and development of instructional materials, offering technical expertise in their implementation, and participating in course planning and improvement strategies.
    This position goes beyond the typical duties of a grader, requiring a Student Associate with in-depth understanding of comparative programming languages and the ability to work independently or with limited supervision.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    To have taken the class before as well as experience and knowledge to be able to assist in producing teaching materials. Specialized knowledge of the subject.
