- We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers.
- You'll diagnose pneumatic nail guns, and carry out cost-effective, high-quality repairs. Previous experience not needed, we will provide training.
- Manage and maintain parts inventory in the vehicle, including ordering and tracking of parts.
- Candidate will be responsible for making appointments with provided leads and the of generation new sales.
- Maintain detailed record of daily repairs and sales leads via iPad and CRM.
- Maintain regular communication with service team members, sales, operations and customers by phone and in-person.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, company policies, customer safety and vehicle organization and maintenance.
- Ability to park a commercial vehicle at your home is essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interest in sales (sales experience is a plus)
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Great customer service skills
- Clean driving record is a must. A clean DMV abstract will be required during the interview process
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to park a commercial vehicle at your home is essential
