PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle client renewals including marketing spreadsheets, plan changes and administrative issues
  • Serve as liaison between client and insurance companies to resolve any service issues
  • Create proposals for both new business and renewals
  • Visit clients and assist in open enrollment meetings
  • Prepare and work on special Group Benefit projects

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, PERMANENT POSITION:


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Group Health Account Manager Experience handling small to medium size groups
  • Understanding of insurance carrier plans for Group Medical, Dental, Vision & Life, and willing to learn in this
- fast-changing environment

  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, able to work independently and within a team structure
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, follow through with and meet deadlines on a daily basis
  • Current Massachusetts Producer's License in Life & Health preferred
  • Proficient in Word & Excel; PowerPoint experience preferred
