PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle client renewals including marketing spreadsheets, plan changes and administrative issues
- Serve as liaison between client and insurance companies to resolve any service issues
- Create proposals for both new business and renewals
- Visit clients and assist in open enrollment meetings
- Prepare and work on special Group Benefit projects
THIS IS A FULL-TIME, PERMANENT POSITION:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Group Health Account Manager Experience handling small to medium size groups
- Understanding of insurance carrier plans for Group Medical, Dental, Vision & Life, and willing to learn in this
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, able to work independently and within a team structure
- Ability to organize, prioritize, follow through with and meet deadlines on a daily basis
- Current Massachusetts Producer's License in Life & Health preferred
- Proficient in Word & Excel; PowerPoint experience preferred
